Why is Andalucía so attractive for tourists?

Nowadays, tourism is one of the most important businesses in a lot of countries . We've just learned this because of the pandemic and the confinement, when all the types of tourism were prohibited. But now, the situation has improved, and we can travel again to different countries.

Here, in Spain, we have a very good fame like one of the best countries to visit. This has to be because of all the monuments or landmarks that we have, like "La Sagrada Familia" in Barcelona, but there are also many other reasons to visit Spain, for example, its weather or all the good beaches that we have.

Inside Spain, we have Andalucía the most visited place, because millions and millions of people visit it in a year. But, why is Andalucía so attractive for tourists? There are a lot of reasons, but among them we can highlight some. For example, Andalucía has an excellent weather and lots of beautiful beaches, so tourists can enjoy a lot. It also has a very good and famous gastronomy with local products like olive oil or ham.

Finally, I reckon that is a good fact that we have all this tourism. Because thanks to it there are a lot of people that have the opportunity to work in a job related with this sector- There are also some places that only earn money from tourism, so if we have less tourism, they will have to close. So tourism  is very important here, in Andalucía.  

Do you like science fiction stories/films? Why(not)?

Nowadays we have a lot of genres of stories and films, and we also have technologies to see a film or a seriesin our own house. We don't need to go to the cinema or other place. For this reason, we usually spend some time watching series or films, and each one sees the genre that he or she likes.

Among the main genres of stories that we have, we've got science fiction, a genre that consist in a future with lot of fictional science. The main things  that appear in this genre are, robots, spacecrafts, cyborgs, or even extraterrestial lifeforms. They are usually focus in issues like politics, or different social issues.

There are a lot of people who like this genre. The thought that in a future it can  happen make you feel interested or even bad, according to the film you watch. As people like this genre, there are a lot of famous science fiction films and stories, as Blade Runner, an old film, but it is still a really good film, or Alien, which is also an old film, but it is a really famous film, and finally one of the most famous science fiction films, the storie about a deadly robot, Terminator-

In my opinion, there are a lot of people who love these films because they take us out of the reality, and  show us  a future wit lots of interesting things that, for the moment, we can only dream about. These things can be thing really interesting such as self-sufficient robots that can have their own thought or even space trips to different planets.

Nowadays we live in a society that don't realise if we are really happy or not, that is nobody thinks about the happiness of other people they don't know, we only think about our own happiness and about the happiness of the people that are around us, although there are also people that not even think about the welfare and happiness of the people around them, even if they are relatives or friends, they only take care of their own good.

So, we can make us a question, what or who makes us really happy?. This is a really important question that we don't think about it, that is why we don't realise what or who make us happy, and we usually realise it when we don't have something or someone with us, in that moment we realise that a thing or a person is really important for us. There are people that think that they don't need anything to be happy, but that's not true, because if we lose some things that we use nowadays, we don't know what to do, one example can be mobile phone, if we lose it, we almost go mad.

In my view, all of us need money to be happy because nowadays we need some things to be happy, and we must have money to buy it, and even if we haven't got money we can't do anything, for example the people who love travelling need money to travel, so if they haven't got money they can't travel to different places. We also need some people to be happy, all of us have some relatives and friends that make us happy when we spend our time with them.

Finally, in my opinion, nowadays we are in a society that makes us want money to be happy reaching a point that now there are a lot of people really selfish and materialistic that only think about their own good. I think that we mustn't reach that point, because that are only interested in money, are really bad people that don't take care of other people and don't love anybody, they only love money.

Sometimes, we can think that something is too much for us, but that isn't true, we usually say that because we don't have desire of doing something, we prefer to stay relaxed without doing anything, although it may be better for us doing more than we want to do. But we don't think about it we prefer comfort and that can be really bad, because if we do not much, in the future, we won't want to do anything and that will harm us.

Now we are in our last year in secondary school, and we must do a lot of things, although we don't want to do, because if we do not do much, we won't pass all our exams, and we won't pass this last year. So we can say that never is too much, and that we always have to do more and more efforts. We don't have to do effort only in our school life, but we also have to do it in our normal life, because we also have a lot of problems in our lives, for example personal problems or shared problems like climate change and all the problems that it brings.

As I said we have the problem of climate change, that is a really big problem, and there are a lot of scientists searching for a solution to this problem, and they can be thinking that never is too much, because it is a problem that needs a lot of attention, so we can't be relaxed in our normal life, thinking that nothing will happen, because it isn't the future, the climate change is happening now in the present and all young people will live all the consequences if we don't do anything.

Finally, I reckon that we must give enough attention to all the problems and we should also think that never is too much, that is a very important sentence, because we usually think that it is too much, but we never think that "never is too much", so we need to put this sentence in our mind and watch the life from another point of view.

A few days ago we learned about some really bad news, a piece of news that broke the hearts of all those who are fond of basketball. The piece of news was that Pau Gasol, the Spanish basketball star, announced his retirement, so he will never play again in the NBA. It is really sad not to watch him again in one of these fantastic matches that he played. It is something that affect the world of sport and there were also some famous people who talked about it.

Pau Gasol started playing basketball in his school, and later he started his basketball career when he was accepted in FC Barcelona when he was 16 year old. Playing with them he became world champion with the junior national team in 2001. In the same year he went to the Nba where he played with Memphis Grizzles, where he played for some years. In 2008, the Angeles Lakers sign him in his team, where he started to win a lot of fame and was considered like one of the best basketball players in history. In the last important team that he played was the Chicago Bulls, he played with them for two years.

Pau was one of mi favourite basketball players, I liked to watch his matches because he played really well, one of my favourite matches is Spain against France in Semi-final of the Eurobasket in 2015 because it was a really exciting and interesting match because they were in tie all the match until the end, that Spain won thanks to Pau because he scored the last points in the match, scoring a total of 40 points by himself.

Finally, I think that Pau Gasol will be the best Spanish player ever because he did, during his basketball career, a lot of things and we will remember him for ever, although he announced his retirement and won't play more matches, because he made history in the basketball world, being famous for all the world. So, thanks Gasol for all you did!

We have already started a new school year, in our case it will be the last year in the secondary school, it will be really difficult, but we need to make an effort and finish well our studies at the secondary school. Last year was a bad and difficult year because of coronavirus, and we went through a lot of difficult situations, but we could cope with them, so I reckon that this year could be better than last year, so we can defeat the pandemia this year. 

Nowadays, we see a lot of bad news on television that make our excitement fade away, for example we usually see on television all the bad news about Covid-19 and that there are still so many cases in Spain and there are people that die diary ans that they leave all their dreams, illussions and their family and friends behind in the world. That is really sad because these people that die should have had the same opportunities as the people that continue alive and they had dreams and some goals in their lives. But that's not all, now we have natural disasters.

To all the problems we already had, we must add the volcano in Las Palmas, a volcano that started to erupt three weeks ago and that is still erupting and whose rivers of lava are destroying all the houses and constructions that were on the sides of the volcano, so there are too many people that have lost their houses and must have been evacuated because they can't be there because of the lava. The volcano are also emiting poisonous gas that could affect the health of the people who breathe it, so it is very dangerous.

Finally, I think that we are living a really bad situation, but we can't do anything to solve this bad situation because it is a natural disaster, and we only can wait until the volcano stops its eruption and the governement will have to find a solution for all these people that are losing their houses and some are also losing their fields and jobs, because they worked in the fields.

We are already in September and, bit by bit, the summer holidays are arriving at their end, we only have a few days until we return to our studies and routine, although nobody wants to return and everybody wants to be on holidays for ever. But although these are our last days before our return to the routine, we still should do something related with our subject, for example comments, and we should also revise what our teacher taught us last year, especially in languages, so we must revise English, reading, writing and listening so much.

During the summer we should have also done some work related to the secondary school, but we also did a lot of other entertaining things, although this summer there were still a lot of cases of covid-19, we have had more freedom than last year, so we could do a lot of more things like going to parties, travelling around Spain or visiting our relatives that live far away from us. In my case I travelled not much, I only went to Malaga to spend a few days there with my cousins. There we visited some places in Malaga, we visited Picasso Museum, it was really interesting to see all these works and we also went to "El Caminito del Rey", where we spent 4-5 hours walking and watching all the nature.

On the one hand, we want to return to the secondary school and meet all our friends and teachers daily, and spend a very good time with them, but on the other hand we prefer to go on with our holidays relaxed without doing anything in our houses, so I think that is difficult to say if we really want to return to the secondary school or if we prefer stay in holidays. Everybody is very calm and relaxed during the holidays.

Finally, I reckon that the holidays need an end, because if we were on holidays for ever, it would lose the importance and we don't think that the holidays are really enjoyable and in my opinion it would be really boring and tiring, because we wouldn't have anything to do and we would get bored.

Super-Tramp living his American dream

A tramp is a person who travels from place to place on foot in search of work, it can also be synonym of vagrant or beggar, so a tramp is a homeless person. In this case they are talking about a dog and they say that the dog is a tramp, a dog without an owner that lives in the streets, some of these dogs are rescued by pet shelters, where the vagrant animals can live a "good" life while they wait to be adopted by an adoptive family.

Nowadays there are a lot of people who don't have enough money to pay all the bils and bit by bit they owe a lot of money to the bank, if they have asked for a loan, or to a company, so they take off everything that he has, between them they take off his home. This person must live in the street because he doesn't have anything, we call them as I said before vagrant or tramp. Some of them ask for money in the streets and other try to find a job to earn some money.

And if we are talking about tramp as animals we can also see in the streets a lot of animals that their owner abandon them there, we can see dogs, cats or other domestic animals. I reckon that it is very bad for the part of the owner because if you have an animal you must be responsible enough to take care of it and not to abandon it. There are a lot of people that buy a little pet for their children and at first they take care of it, but when the pet grows and the children don't want to take care of it, they abandon it as if it were an object or toy.

Finally, in my opinion, the most popular tramp is Golfo, the dog of the Disney film "Lady and the Tramp" because almost everybody knows him. When I was younger, it was one of my favourite films and I saw it a lot of times. A few years ago they made a live action of this film and they chase a real tramp to make the role of Golfo and I think that this is really good because by this way they could make that some families, that wanted a dog, adopted it instead of buying it.  

Rowing, handball, waterpolo, football... medals for Spain at the Olympics!!!

This year we have had the Tokio 2020 Olympic games, the Olympics that we should have seen last year, but that weren't held because of Covid19 and after a year waiting we could see them. This year I had a lot of excitement because I really wanted to see our Spanish teams playing and, of course, winning against other countries teams. In these Olympics Games we had won some medals, but they are never enough, we always want more and more medals for our country.

Spain has won 17 medals in total, 3 gold medals, 8 silver medals and 6 bronze medals, of course there are a lot of countries that won many more medals than Spain, but we can be really proud of the participation of our country in these Olympic games. I watched a lot of matches of this games, for example I watched some Spain's handball matches and other sports. But the sport that I really watched almost all the matches of the Spanish team is basketball, they played really well but they finally losed against the United States in quarter finals. What a shame, if they had won this match, I would have been really happy.

Now we can see the Paralympic games that they are celebrated until 5th September, normally people give less importance to these games than the Olympics games, but they have the same importance because they are also competing against all the world and if they win they will be the best in the world in this sport discipline. In these games Spain has already won 13 medals in total, they have won already 4 gold medals and they still have time to get more.

In my opinion, the Olympic games and the Paralympic games are a really interesting and important competitions, because athletes are training a lot of time to win the competition and be the best in the world in their sport. I reckon that they deserve a lot of respect because there are a lot of people that devote their lives to be the best in the world.

Princesses evolving

Now we can see an evolution in princesses, not only in the real ones, who have changed a lot, but also we can see this evolution in imaginary princesses, like the Disney's princesses that they have also have changed a lot because before all the Disney's princesses were like a prototype of a beautiful woman that was waiting at home until his beloved arrived to search her. But now Disney has changed this perspective and now the new imaginary princesses live through a normal life and they can also go on a big adventure around the world.

As I have said before, the real princesses have changed a lot, because before they used to wear big dresses and they spent all their lives in their father's castle until they married with a prince and then they went into their husband's castle. And now they live more normal lives, because now they wear more "normal" clothes than before and they also go to schools to learn like ordinary children. Now they don't need any husband at all because they can live their lives without marrying anyone.

Also the imaginary princesses have a different life, I think that this change has been produced of all the changes that we have gone throughin the latest years, and for the change in the way of life of all the women, now almost everybody considers that women are the same as men. For these reasons we can see Disney princesses that go on an adventure like Mulan or Merida, the protagonist of Brave, princesses that in the past would see like a bad example of a princess and these films wouldn't be produced.

Finally, in my opinion, all these changes are really good for all of us because we need to realise that all of us are the same and that we have the right to live our life as we want, altought we are ordinary people or very important people like princesses or famous people like actors or athletes.

Today I don't feel like doing anything!!!

All years we have more than two months of vacations, and all we know that vacations are a time to rest, we spend all the year studying and making all the effort that we can to have the best marks that we can have, so after lot of time making effort, we only want to rest and not to do anything most of our holidays, but we need to continue doing some activities, like writing comments or reading the English textbooks and revising something of some subjects.

We spend the holidays resting, and enjoying different activities, we go to the beach, or we gather with our family, with our cousins, our uncles and our aunts and we spend a wonderful time talking with each other. Now, the people who have a country house, go to it with other people and usually organise a meal and spend all day there or even some weeks, I think that it is a very good idea because in the country house there is less noise and you can stay more relaxed and peaceful.

But not all is rest, because there are also people who have to work during holidays or people that have only one or two weeks of holidays and they must go to work again so they don't have enough time to feel like doing anything, because they want to spend the holidays in the best possible way and they go to different places or to hotels to visit some different cities or countries. But we have enough time of holidays to feel like doing anything, and I don't like it.

In conclusion we should spend the holidays resting because they are for this, to rest and get away of all the work that we do during all the year and to enjoy with our relatives and friends doing different activities, but we must also do something related with the high school or with some subjects that we have, to not feel like doing anything.

Nowadays we have a very big problem, that a lot of people don´t realise its importance, and it´s climate change. It happens because we use energies that are not renewable, like atomic energy, or we use energy that comes from coal or petrol and all these types of energy produce a lot of pollution that stay in the atmosphere and that can provoke many problems, among them the climate change.

Although we know all the problems that it can produce, why are we still using all this energies that aren't renewable? Well, I don't really know why, but I think that we are still using petrol and this types of energies because this produces a lot of money to our goverment, and if we start to use renewable energies, they will lose all the money that they earn from this. They only think in their own good, they don´t think either about their own children or grandchildren.

Besides we have the renewable energies that are good for our planet, because it produces less pollution than the other energies, these energies can be solar energy, wind energy... And there are places like Andalucia in Spain that would produce a lot of solar energy because in that place there are a lot of hours of sun, but they don´t produce any of energy because the goverment doesn´t build solar panels, so we lose a lot of renewable energy.

In conclusion, we must use only renewable energies to protect our planet and stop using others energies, for example, we must start to use electric cars and leave petrol cars, but the main problem is that electric car is really expensive, so not all the people can buy electric cars. And we must start to build more solar panels, although the goverment doesn't like this idea because they can lose a lot of money if all of us have solar panels.

Nowadays we are having a lot of tough moments because of different problems, like some difficulties in the studies or other personal problems, but we mustn't think that the secondary school is only to give us more and more problems, that we only need to study and do it well in the exams and teachers don't have to worry about us, because all of these a big lie, we don't need to think that the world is against us.

Our secondary school is like a big family, and all our teachers worry about us and they think about us more than we think, when they see that we are sad or that we aren't cheerful, they usually ask us what happens to us and they also try to solve our problems, we aren't only there to study, we are there to build up our future, and to make different friendship and not only with other students, we can make a friendship with our teachers, for example, I've known some teachers since I entered the secondary school and now I can say that we are friends.

This year is very different from other years, we have a quieter world, in the school, for example, we aren't so united as other years because of COVID protocol, but this isn't only in the school we also are having a quieter world in our day to day life, for example, when we were in the lockdown we could see on TV images of different animals, like deer, foxes, wild boars or wolves, that went into the cities, because of the reduction of pollution that we made when we stopped using our cars and the world was practically stopped.

In conclusion, we need to believe in all the people around us, because all of them try to help us, and we need to make different friendships, and we need to be in contact with a lot of people. Regarding to the quieter world that we have now, I think that it can be better with this world, because we were contaminating a lot we were living our normal live. We need to get used to a new life a life without so much pollution.

A glass of wine? Space wine, please!

Nowadays scientists are discovering a lot about the space, and they are creating and launching a lot of types of rockets and some types of capsules with the intention of discover more about the space and all its characteristics, and they are also thinking about living in the space and in other planets in a near future, but for the moment we need to wait until scientists learn more about the space.

For these reasons, nowadays we have some strange news about the space, like the wine that has aged in space, and that is true, altough we can't believe this, because it sounds amazing and strange. And some experts say that the wine that they sent to the space has aged fast and it taste better than the wine that aged in the Earth. It sounds incredible and absurd to us, because we hadn't thought about this possibility before, we though that it aged in the same way in the space and in the Earth.

There are also some other news about the space that are really interesting, like that some beer's businesses created some types of beer to drink in the space and, that in the future the astronauts will drink it in the space, or that NASA sent food to the space, they sent pizza and ice-cream, to their astonauts. All these pieces of news really sound absurd and useless to us, and in part they are.

In my opinion, we are seeing a lot of changes related with the topyc of the space, and that can produce a very big change in all our lives, for example, one day scientists will create a capsule that it will be like a house and we will be able to live there, and we will be living in the middle of the space.

Nothing is going to stop us now!!!!

Now we are arriving at crucial moments in different subjects, for example we are arriving at the end of our school year and we must do well in all our exams and we also must do all the things that our teacher sends us to do, like works or in English we must do compositions and comments, and we need to finish all of them, to get the highest mark possible in all the subjects, because the mark that we get now it will have importance in our school records.

There are also other things that are arriving at their end, like all the sport competitions, and they are having their most important matches of all the season like the winning of Rafa Nadal in the Barcelona Open 2021 against Tsitsipás, that was a very important match that made that Rafa Nadal win this tournament. Other things are also ending, like the state of alarm and we can now do many more things than before.

And, as the thing is going well with the vaccination of the population, the people stop thinking all the time about the pandemic and they are also thinking about the climate change, that it is the biggest problem that we have at present. Now super powers, US, China..., are thinking more about this big problem and they are searching for a solution to this problem, but not only the super powers are thinking about this because there are other countries, like Denmark, that only use renewable energy.

In conclusion, we are arriving at the end of a lot of things, but we still have a very big problem and that is the climate change, but I think that in the future we will have a solution to this problem, and we will be able to live peacefully without thinking in problems like this.

I think we'd better dance now

With the arrival of the spring, a lot of changes come to our lives. The most important change is in the time, now at 8 in the evening there is still daylight. We have longer and sunnier days, and before at the same time it there wasn't any daylight, it was night. It can also bring other changes, especially with topics related with the nature.

The spring changes a lot of things related with nature, because it is the season when all the flowers and a lot of types of trees bloom, and it has a stunning view with all the flowers.But it also causes a lot of problems that are linked to the blooming of the plants. It can bring allergies, and there are allergies to all types of flowers, some examples could be the flower of the olive tree, the pine and also to some types of grass, for example in my case I have allergy to some grass.

Other changes are all the changes in the time with the change of hour and also the appearance of a lot of types of insects, because when it is winter there aren't any insects, but when the spring arrives they start to appear. So with the arrival of all types of mosquitoes and other bad insects that can bite us, some people may get into problems as they have allergies to some of them.

 In conclusion, I think that the spring brings a lot of good things, but there are also bad things, but we need to get used to this season, like we do all years, but we know that this year is different from the others because of the pandemic, but we can't do anything.

Our lives are like rivers

Nowadays we are passing through a lot of problems because of the pandemic and a lot of other problems, although we need to continue, trying to go over this obstacle, to continue living our lives in the way that we like, and with this case there is a very useful comparison, the one that the Spanish writer Jorge Manrique did in his Copla IV.

Jorge Manrique did a comparison in his most famous work that is "Coplas a la muerte de su padre" he wrote this to honor his father, Rodrigo Manrique, and that with these poems the people could remember his father forever, but with this work all the people remember Jorge Manrique instead of his father. In this work, he did a comparison, he compared our lives with rivers, and he said that our death was when the river gets to the sea.

I think that this comparison is a very good comparison, because I also think in our lives are like rivers, our lives is the route of the river, living different adventures, like obstacles or other things, and bringing live to all the places it goes through. And our death is when the river ends, when it arrives at the sea. However, I don't agree with all this comparison, because in my opinion, we can change our lives, the routes of our rivers with different choices that we can do.

Finally, I think that we should enjoy now, because we are still in the best part of our lives, of our river, so we need to enjoy and to worry less about things without importance, before it is too late.

Everyone should learn English

Nowadays, everyone in Spain has to study a foreign language at school. You also have to study two languages at the secondary school, English and French. And there are also lot of people that don't like any language and they ask why it is obligatory to study a foreign language.

One point is that you must study English, because nowadays it's a very important language that almost all people know how to talk. There are also a lot of jobs that are necessary to learn a foreign language and in the future, it will increase and alnost all the jobs will require to speak English. Nowadays there are also a lot of texts in English and if you don't know you can't read them.

Another point is, that a lot of students think that learning English is unnecessary, and that they can spend more time on other subjects. And they say that if a foreigner comes to our country, he must learn Spanish, because he is in Spain, and that we don't need to talk with him in his own language.

In conclusion, there are a lot of advantages and disadvantages to learning other languages, but in my opinion, nowadays we need to learn English, because it's the most important language and we will need to speak English one time in all our whole life.

Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra was born in Alcalá de Henares in 1547 and he died in 1616 in Madrid, he was a Spanish writer, and he is usually remembered for having written Don Quixote, which was his most famous novel, and in my opinion one of the best novels of all the times and also one of the best selling books in history, but he also wrote other important novels like La Galatea or The Generous Lover. Before being a writer, Cervantes had been a soldier and he participated in a lot of wars. One of these wars were the battle of Lepanto, where the writer lost his left hand, and for this we can refer to him with the name of the one-armed of Lepanto, and he had a lot of more difficulties in his life.

Shakespeare was born in 1564 in Stratford, England and died in 1616 in Stratford, England, he was an English writer, poet, and he is considered the greatest writer in the English language and the world's greatest dramatist. He is often called England's national poet and the "Bard of Avon". He principally wrote plays and sonnets, although he also wrote three long narrative poems. He is very famous because his plays have been translated into a lot of languages and his plays are performed very often in a lot of theatres. Some of his gratest plays are Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, Othello, King Lear or Macbeth and all of them are consideredto be among the finest works in tyhe English language.

These two writers have a fact in common besides that they were writers, or that they are very famous, and is that both writers died in the same day and in the same year, they died on 23rd April, 1616, and it is a strange coincidence that two of the greatest writers of all times died on the same day. For this reason, the World Book Day is on 23 April, as a commemoration for these writers, this annual event is organized by the UNESCO to promote the reading. The first World Book Day was celebrated on 23 April in 1995, and continues to be recognized on that day.

Time to be honest

We arrive at the third term and now is when we must make a last effort to pass all the subjects with good marks, because we are already in bachillerato, and the average mark will be very important in the future when we will do the university entrance exam, and if we get enough mark, we will choose the degree that we want.

The truth is very important in this life, and we need always be honest also in the studies, because for example in the languages, we must do all the things by ourselves, we need to make genuine things, because if we don't do the compositions, or the comments by ourselves, because if we do it in this way we will learn how to do it, but if we copy the comments or if we don't do them by ourselves, we won't learn anything.

Being honest is also important in our daily life, not only in the studies, because we must tell the truth, but we don't need to tell the truth always, because in some occasion we will tell a lie and it isn't bad at all. It depends on the situation that we lie, because in some situations we will be better if we lie.

In my opinion, we must be honest always, because I don't like lying to anybody, I think that we don't like that anybody lies to us, so we mustn't lie. We need to be honest in the studies to improve and learn about all the things that we do.

Nowadays there are a lot of methods to earn the necessary money to do the different ideas that we can have, one of these methods is crowdfunding, this method is via the internet, and it consists in the fact that a large number of people give some money to someone, like musicians, artists or other people that ask for money to do something.

On the one hand, we have all the good things that this method has, for example thanks to this method, a lot of people that don't have enough money to do a project, can win enough money to do it, and that people don't need to ask for a loan to the bank, so they don't have to pay them back any money. Thanks to this method you can also know if your project will be successful, because if a lot of people give you money this will mean that your project will be very successful.

On the other hand, we have all the disadvantages, for example if you suggest a project that you want to do, because you want people to give you money, someone can copy your idea and he can do it before you, so he will have all merit for this project. With this method there are also some people that trick other people to give them money, for example, for medical expenses, but they don't need any money.

In my opinion all the methods to win enough money to do different ideas that you have, are very useful, but you need to know how to use them, and of course don't trick other people, because there are also people that ask for money because they really need it to carry out their project, and if you trick the people, they won't give money to anyone.

This season, Granada FC is playing really well, and now they are a team example in Europe, beacause they have been very successful in this two seasons, and it isn't a team with so much money as FC Barcelona or Real Madrid, although they are winning a lot of matches.

Granada FC is a very old team, this year they will reach 90 years of history, because the team was founded in 1931, although this team has so many years, his best players and his best moment was in the 70, when they were a "scary team", because they played really well. Lately, they have been playing well again, and they have more fame.

I don't watch or play football, because I don't like this sport very much, I prefer watching and playing other sports, like basketball, which is my favourite sport. I also want to play other sports that I have never played such astennis, I have watched some matches on television, but I have never had the chance of playing this sport, and in my opinion, when I play tennis I would like it very much.

In my opinion, nowadays sport is very important and in last years it wins lot of importance and fame, especially football, which is the most famous sport in the world, but there are also other sports that are also famous, and that we don't usually play here, like baseball, which is very popular in the United States.

Wild wolves not to be hunted in Spain any more!!

Nowadays there are a lot of animals in danger of extinction, for example wolves or pandas, which they are still hunting, even if they are in danger of extinction, but hunting some types of animals is banned, for example they banned the hunting of the wild wolf not long ago.

Banning the hunting of some animals is very important, because there are hunters that don't care about the problems that give us if some animals become extinct, because if it happens we can have lots of problems, because each animal is a link in a chain, and if it doesn't stay there, other animals that eat this animal will become extinct as they don't have anything to eat.

In the past it was a very important man who was really concerned about this issue and the possible extinction of wolves and his name was Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente, who used to do some programmes about all types of animals, and you could see him on TV, and he was in favour of protecting these wild animals. In my opinion, he was a great man. But unfortunately, he died in 1980 in an accident.

In my opinion, if we ban the hunting of all the wild animals, we will be in a correct way, but if we continue allowing the hunting of these animals they will become extinct, and we won't be able to do anything because it will be too late. So, we need to think about this, because we have an opportunity to do something.

Nowadays we are going through some very tough moments in our lives, because we suffered the pandemic and now it is disappearing bit by bit, I think thanks to vaccines, and now we are freer than during the pandemic, because we can do a lot of more things than before. Although we are not sure if this virus will disappear only with all the vaccines.

There are lots of experts, virologists, doctors... that say that this virus won't disappear with the vaccines, some of them say that it will stay and it will transform into a common illness like a flu or a cold, others say that we'll need to wait until scientists develop a better vaccine, and with it we will have our normal lives again.

But although all the problems that we have we are still standing, and we support all this problems searching for our normal lives again, because we miss a lot of beautiful things, as visiting our relatives, going for a walk in another village different from our village, going to a restaurant with our friends, and many other things.

In my opinion, we will have our normal lives again, but we need to wait some time until all the problems are solved, and we could do all the things that we miss.

Nowadays we are going through another wave of coronavirus, and we can still go out, and go to the secondary school, although there are some of our partners and friends that are confined and they will join soon.

I think this year we are dealing with this problem quite well and we can still go to the secondary school and some of our partners are taking online classes, but they are better organised and they can understand all better, because now almost every teacher are recording the black board with the cam of the laptop or tablet, and I think that it makes the class more clear.

Nowadays we are reducing the increase of infections of coronavirus and there have been many outbreaks in our zone, and many people have already been vaccinated, but there are still a lot of people without the vaccine, and among all the people that aren't vaccinated there are a lot of risk people, that if they catch this virus they can die.

In my opinion we only can wait until a lot of people have been vaccinated and hope that all the problems will disappear bit by bit, and we will can live our normal lives again, we will go to the cinema, to visit all our relatives, or go to different places, for example.

Hi cousin,                                                                               

How's life in Dublin? Sorry I haven't written for a while, but I've been busy with exams, and with helping my parents with the move. We have already finished all, so I'm writing to you now.

At the moment, we are thinking what to do during the holidays. I finish all the exams and I pass all of them, so studying isn't an option. As we move to Granada, we don´t know any places to go out, we only know Alhambra. So we need to search for some interesting and beautiful places.

My mother are planning to go to the Alhambra next week-end, and I think that it could be a very good idea. Maybe I'll try to meet some friends that I have here, and when the school year starts I'm going to go to the same class as them. Also, we are going to visit the village to see all our family, I can't wait to see grandma!

I am writing to complain about our visit to your restaurant last week. We were in the table number two in the terrace.

The problem started when we arrived about nine at night on Saturday. We did not know where the table that we had reserved was, so we asked a waiter about it and he answered us in a bad way, so we needed to search for our table. The table that we had reserved was in the terrace and it had beautiful views with sea and cliffs, and when we arrived at our table, it was in the terrace, but it did not have any beautiful views, we could not see anything.

Then when we sat at the table, the waiter arrived fifteen minutes late and we order, we ordered some drinks and some fish. Our order arrived thirty minutes late, and it was not really tasty.

Next time we will not be returning to your restaurant and I would like you do not trick the people with your advertisement I look forward to hearing from you.

2021, time to bounce back!!

We start a new year, and we finally end last year, the damned 2020, in which lots of bad things happened, the pandemic that we still have, all the fires in Australia, floods in Indonesia, or the volcano eruptions. Finally, 2020 came to an endand we started a new year,2021.

In this new year I hope that all will get better, especially the condition of the pandemic that we have, I hope that all the vaccines that scientists are making and that all the nurses are injecting to all the elderly people, will do their effect to the condition and we can return to the normality that we had before, I hope that we will be able to go out without face-mask, that we will visit all our family, and that we will go to any place that we want.

With the new year all the people do New Year's wishes and all the years these New Year's resolutions used to be related to money, or finding a good job and some people used to ask for health, but last week I saw the wishes for the new year of some people on a TV programme and all the wishes were that the pandemic ended. Almost everybody asked for health, and none of them asked for money, as it used to be, but we can understand this, we only need to know what the situation is like nowadays.

In my opinion, this year will be also a very difficult year, because it will be a recovery year, but it will be a better year than last one, I hope that at least we can be freer during this summer time, and this way we can enjoy the summer.

Last year was a very difficult year because of a lot of problems that it had, but you can also be optimistic and see the few good things that happened during this horrible year, although I would like them to be many more.

On the one hand, we have all the bad things that we lived, we have the confinement, the time that all of us spent in our houses and we couldn't go out, we also have the face-masks, the object that we must wear to all the places that we go, and we must be wearing it always, and, of course, we have all the people that died because of this illness, and all the people that died in this war against the pandemic. We also had other problems, for example, all the wildfires in Australia.

On the other hand, we have the good things that passed last year, they are fewer than the bad things, but we always need to be optimistic, for example, we have all the rockets that Space X sent to the space, or that scientists have discovered an enzyme that can split up plastic.

In conclusion, we need to keep moving forwards and hope that this new year will be better than last year, in my opinion, it will be better, we only need to wait until the vaccine will improve the situation.

This pandemic has changed all our lives, and this year is very different from all the other years, and we are spending such different Christmas' holidays, because a lot of reasons.

This year we can't gather with all our family and we can't dinner together. Other years I used to go some days to my grandmother's house, but this year I can't go with her for precaution, because my grandmother has some illnesses, so now I don't usually visit her. Other years also came here some of my cousins, who lives in Barcelona, but this year they can't come and they really want to visit us all the years, and as they can't come now, they will probably come in summer if the situation gets better.

Furthermore, we must be sensible and enjoy Christmas as much as possible, always respecting all the security measures that we have and not doing any foolish things. We can enjoy Christmas, for example, watching movies or tv series, playing some board games, we can do some sport in home and we can do many other things.

In my opinion we are going to spend some bad Christmas, but we don't have any other option if we want that everything will be okay, and think that next year we will do all the things that we could do in the past.

 One thing that all of us know is that nowadays our world is changing constantly in a lot of aspects, and some are good changes, but there are also bad changes, and I'm going to talk about these changes.

On the one hand, we have a lot of good changes, for example nowadays we have a lot of machines that make our lives easy, like all the machines that we use to work in the field, and that help all the farmers a lot. And we also have a lot of technology in our lives and this is good because we can find all the information that we need thanks to Internet, and we are always connected with each other through different types of messengers, and we can communicate with anyone in the world.

On the other hand we have all the bad things that the good things bring with them, for example the addiction that we have with mobiles or with the technology in general, if you go out into the street you can always see that almost all the people are using their mobile phones, and this addiction can make that a lot of people have several problems like isolation or other similar problems.

In conclusion, using technology is very good for the future, because in the future we must use the new technologies, but you need to know how we should use this technology, if not we can have a lot of problems and illnesses.

 Nowadays we must stay in our town and we can´t go out of it, but we can go out at least in the streets of our town and we don´t need to stay all the time in our house as we had to do last March.

Talking about the secondary school, we can go to have face-to-face classes so far. In my opinion, face-to-face classes are better than online classes, because you are more concentrated on what they are teaching and you can see all your parents at least, and you can talk with them about different topics during the break.

But I'm not happy with the restrictions that we have, because I can't meet my friends, or, for example, we can't go late to a restaurant, and I think that it makes lots of families lose their jobs, and they lose their incomes, and for these things they can't have a peaceful life and they are suffering a lot.

In my opinion, we must follow all the security measures that we have, and we need to wait until this bad time passed, and we can live our normal lives again.
