Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about our visit to your restaurant last week. We were in the table number two in the terrace.

The problem started when we arrived about nine at night on Saturday. We did not know where the table that we had reserved was, so we asked a waiter about it and he answered us in a bad way, so we needed to search for our table. The table that we had reserved was in the terrace and it had beautiful views with sea and cliffs, and when we arrived at our table, it was in the terrace, but it did not have any beautiful views, we could not see anything.

Then when we sat at the table, the waiter arrived fifteen minutes late and we order, we ordered some drinks and some fish. Our order arrived thirty minutes late, and it was not really tasty.

Next time we will not be returning to your restaurant and I would like you do not trick the people with your advertisement I look forward to hearing from you.
