There are some situations that we need to act or to do something with some pressure, and that's not all bad. All people can think that doing something under pressure is always bad, but it is not true, because when we do something under pressure, it can help us to concentrate in what we are doing and we even can do that better than we would do it without that pressure. So we need a certain level of pessure to do some things better.
We can see clearly what I have said in some examples like sports, work or studies. When we are studying, we need some pressure, in this case it can be an exam or bad marks to pass an exam, in this situation, you can concentrate more than if you don't have that pressure. The same phenomenon happens in sports, when a team is losing an important match or when they are playing the final, they are playing with some pressure, they don't want to lose so they need to play better to win the match.
In the field of sport, we can see it normally, for example, we have recently seen the case in tennis of the match of Rafa Nadal against Medvedev. In this match, Rafa Nadal started losing the match in the first two sets, but finally he won the next 3 sets and won the final of Open Australia. In this case we can see how Rafa Nadal won the final thanks to the pressure of thought of defeating Medvedev and finally he could come back and win the match.
Finally, as a conclusion, we can say that pressure is something that we need to do all the things better, because if we don't have any pressure we won't be as concentrated as we are under pressure. We see that playing under pressure made Nadal won his 21st important tournament, so we need to be proud of that such a good tennis player comes from our country, Spain.
